The invention discloses an electric vehicle gear monitoring method and system and an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: judging a system gear according to a gear shifting operation signal, a vehicle speed and a brake pedal signal; a monitoring gear is judged according to the torque originally required by a driver, the vehicle speed, the road slope, the pitch angle between the vehicle and the horizontal plane and the acceleration; whether the system gear is consistent with the monitoring gear or not is judged, and when the system gear is not consistent with the monitoring gear, the request torque is limited to zero; therefore, gear monitoring is achieved through a simple and effective heterogeneous algorithm, and driving safety accidents caused by reverse torque due to unexpected gear switching in the vehicle driving process are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车挡位监控方法、系统及电动汽车,其根据换挡操作信号、车辆速度和制动踏板信号,判断系统挡位;根据驾驶员原始需求扭矩、车辆速度、道路坡度、车辆与水平面的俯仰角以及加速度,判断监测挡位;判断系统挡位与监测挡位是否一致,并在系统挡位与监测挡位不一致时,将请求扭矩限制到零;从而通过简单有效的异构算法,实现了挡位监控,避免了车辆行驶过程中挡位的非预期切换造成扭矩的反向而引起行车安全事故。
