The invention discloses an electric automobile gear shifting method and device and an electric automobile, and relates to the field of automobile control. The method comprises the steps that whether agear shifting request sent by a gearbox controller is received or not is detected; under the condition that the gear shifting request is received, whether a torque limiting request sent by a drivingantiskid system is received or not is judged; under the condition that the torque limiting request is not received, the interval time between the receiving moment of the gear shifting request and thelast gear shifting ending moment is determined; and under the conditions that the interval time does not reach the preset time and the current gearbox rotating speed does not reach the gearbox rotating speed during last gear shifting, the gear shifting request is not responded, and the step of detecting whether the gear shifting request sent by the gearbox controller is received or not is continuously executed. According to the electric automobile gear shifting method, the problem of frequent upshift and downshift operation of a gearbox due to wheel slip, rotation speed increase and ASR function lag is avoided, and the smoothness of gear shifting of the gearbox is effectively ensured, so that the driving experience of a driver is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车换挡的方法、装置以及一种电动汽车,本发明涉及车辆控制领域,所述方法包括:检测是否接收到变速箱控制器发送的换挡请求;在接收到换挡请求的情况下,判断是否接收到驱动防滑系统发送的扭矩限制请求;在未接收到扭矩限制请求的情况下,确定换挡请求的接收时刻与前次换挡结束时刻之间的间隔时间;在间隔时间未达到预设时间且当前变速箱转速未达到前次换挡时变速箱转速的情况下,不响应换挡请求,继续执行步骤:检测是否接收到变速箱控制器发送的换挡请求。本发明避免了因车轮打滑、转速升高、ASR功能滞后带来的变速箱频繁升、降档操作的问题,有效保证了变速箱换档的平顺性,从而提高了驾驶员的驾乘体验感。
