The invention provides a gear shifting control method of an electric automobile. The electric automobile comprises a motor and a speed changer, wherein the output end of the motor is connected with the input end of the speed changer. The method includes the steps that a detection value of the rotating speed of the output end of the motor and a detection value of the rotating speed of the output end of the speed changer are acquired; according to the detection value of the rotating speed of the output end of the speed changer, the rotating speed of the input end of the speed changer is acquired; the error between the detection value of the rotating speed of the output end of the motor and the rotating speed of the input end of the speed changer is calculated; when gear shifting of the electric automobile is performed, the target rotating speed of the motor is acquired according to the target rotating speed of the input end of the speed changer and the error, and the motor is controlled to adjust speed according to the target rotating speed of the output end of the motor. Through the method, serious pause feeling probably happening in gear shifting operation can be eliminated, control precision of the rotating speed of the output end of the motor is improved, the error between two speed sensors is eliminated, gear shifting quality is improved, and a speed changer gear is effectively protected. The invention further provides a gear shifting control system of the electric automobile and the electric automobile.
