The invention relates to a method and system for evaluating the integrity level of a crane system based on a BP neural network, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a plurality of groups of data of various indexes of a crane and corresponding system safety integrity levels stored in a previous expert evaluation process, and enabling the data and the corresponding system safety integrity levels to serve as training samples of an evaluation model; training a crane system safety integrity evaluation model by using a neural network; collecting numerical values of various indexes of the to-be-evaluated object as test samples; using the evaluation model to predict the category of the test sample, and obtaining the system safety integrity level of the crane; the crane system integrity level evaluation model is a three-layer BP neural network, input data of an input layer of the BP neural network is a training sample, and output of an output layer is a crane system integrity level. According to the method, the integrity level of the crane system can be evaluated visually, comprehensively and effectively, and corresponding optimization suggestions can be provided for operation management of the to-be-tested crane according to the actually measured integrity level of the crane system.

    本发明涉及一种基于BP神经网络的起重机系统完整性水平评估方法及系统,该方法收集多组以往专家评估过程中保存的起重机各项指标的数据以及对应的系统安全完整性等级,作为评估模型的训练样本,并使用神经网络训练起重机系统安全完整性评估模型;采集待评估对象各项指标的数值作为测试样本;使用评估模型来预测测试样本的类别,获得起重机的系统安全完整性等级;所述起重机系统完整性水平评估模型为三层BP神经网络,BP神经网络输入层的输入数据为训练样本,输出层输出为起重机系统完整性等级。本发明能直观、综合、有效地完成起重机系统完整性水平评估,并可根据实际测得的起重机系统完整性水平对待测起重机的运行管理给出相应优化建议。
