Embodiments of the invention provide a safety assessment method and system for a crane and a single-engine crane, and belongs to the technical field of automatic control. The safety assessment method for the crane comprises the following steps of acquiring fault factors capable of causing a crane fault; determining the importance degree of each fault factor to the crane fault according to the importance degree proportion of each fault factor to the crane fault and the security level corresponding to each fault factor; and determining the degree of safety of the crane according to the sum of the importance degrees of all the fault factors. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the degree of safety of the crane can be automatically determined, corresponding prompts and suggestions can be provided for a driver accordingly, and the working safety and practicability of the crane are effectively improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种用于起重机的安全性评估方法、系统及单发动机起重机,属于自动控制技术领域。所述用于起重机的安全性评估方法包括:获取能够导致起重机故障的故障因素;根据每一所述故障因素对于起重机故障的重要度比例和每一所述故障因素对应的安全级别确定每一所述故障因素对于起重机故障的重要度;以及根据全部故障因素的重要度之和,确定所述起重机的安全度。本发明提供的技术方案,能够自动确定起重机的安全度,并可以据此向驾驶员提供相应的提示及建议,有效提高了起重机工作的安全性和起重机的实用性。
