The invention discloses an intelligent construction site tower crane monitoring system. The intelligent construction site tower crane monitoring system comprises a safety monitoring module, a control host, a warning module and a multi-machine anti-collision module; wherein the safety detection module is used for acquiring operation parameters of the tower crane and sending the operation parameters to the control host; the control host is used for receiving the operating parameters, analyzing whether each operating parameter is in a normal range or not, generating tower crane state information and sending the tower crane state information to the warning module; the multi-machine collision prevention module is used for detecting the positioning distance between the tower cranes in real time, generating early warning information and sending the early warning information to the warning module when the positioning distance exceeds a preset safe operation threshold value; and the warning module is used for receiving the tower crane state information and the early warning information, displaying the tower crane state information and issuing the early warning information. Based on the Internet of Things technology, the tower crane is comprehensively monitored and analyzed by arranging the sensor equipment on the tower crane, the influence of human factors and environmental factors on tower crane operation can be fully avoided, potential safety hazards are reduced to the maximum extent, and accidents are avoided.

    本申请公开了一种智慧工地塔吊监测系统:安全监测模块、控制主机、示警模块和多机防撞模块;其中,安全检测模块用于获取塔吊的运行参数,并发送至控制主机;所述控制主机用于接收运行参数,分析各项运行参数是否处于正常范围,并生成塔吊状态信息,发送至示警模块;多机防撞模块用于实时检塔机与塔机之间的定位距离,并在定位距离超过预设安全运行阈值时,产生预警信息发送给示警模块;示警模块用于接收塔吊状态信息和预警信息,并展示塔吊状态信息和发布预警信息。本申请基于物联网技术,通过塔吊上布置传感器设备,实现对塔吊全面监控与分析,可以充分规避人为因素和环境因素对塔吊作业的影响,最大程度上降低安全隐患,避免事故的发生。
