The invention belongs to the field of wall-climbing robots, and particularly relates to a wall-climbing robot foot pressure detection structure which comprises a support, a ducted fan is installed at one end of the support, the other end of the support is connected with a pressing plate through a connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism comprises a shell, the outer side face of the shell is detachably connected with the support, and the shell is provided with a sliding cavity with an opening. A sleeve shell is arranged in the sliding cavity in a sliding mode, the end, away from the shell, of the sleeve shell is detachably connected with a connector, the connector is connected with a pressing plate, a reset spring and a sliding variable resistance device are further arranged in the shell, the reset spring abuts against the end of the sleeve shell, and the sliding variable resistance device is connected with the sleeve shell and changes resistance along with sliding of the sleeve shell. Compared with the prior art, the sliding variable resistance device has the advantages that in the running process of the wall-climbing robot, the movement stroke of the shell can be judged according to the current value, and therefore the attaching condition of the foot structure of the wall-climbing robot and the wall surface is finally judged.

    本发明属于爬壁机器人领域,具体涉及一种爬壁机器人的足部压力检测结构,包括支架,支架一端安装有涵道风扇,支架另外一端通过连接机构连接有压板,连接机构包括壳体,壳体外侧面可拆卸连接支架,壳体设置有具有开口的滑动腔,其滑动腔内可滑动的设置有套壳,套壳远离壳体的一端可拆卸连接连接头,连接头连接压板,壳体内还设置有复位弹簧和滑动变阻装置,复位弹簧抵接套壳端部,滑动变阻装置连接套壳,并随着套壳滑动改变电阻大小,滑动变阻装置连接有电流检测模块,相比现有技术,本发明可以在爬壁机器人的运行过程中,通过电流值大小来判断壳体的运动行程,从而最终判断其足部结构与墙面的贴合情况。
