The invention discloses a foot structure of a wall-climbing robot. The foot structure comprises a motor fixing frame, a turbine outer cover, a turbine and a suction cup. The turbine outer cover is arranged below the motor fixing frame, a round hole is formed in the bottom of the turbine outer cover and connected with the suction cup through sealant, the turbine is arranged in the turbine outer cover and connected with the motor, and air in the suction cup can be pumped out through the round hole in the bottom of the turbine outer cover; and a circle of elastic soft cushion is adhered to the bottom of the sucking disc through sealant. According to the structure, the round hole is formed in the bottom of the turbine outer cover, the bottom of the turbine outer cover can be connected with thesuction cup, air in the suction cup is pumped out through the round hole in the bottom of the turbine outer cover, and a vacuum environment is created. The foot structure design of the wall-climbingrobot can adapt to the influence of uneven parts or small particles on an uneven plane on climbing to a certain extent, and the climbing gait is not influenced while the foot adsorption force is increased to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种攀壁机器人足部结构,包括电机固定架、涡轮外罩、涡轮和吸盘;所述涡轮外罩置于电机固定架下方,涡轮外罩底部开设有圆孔且通过密封胶与与吸盘相连,涡轮置于涡轮外罩内部,且涡轮与电机相连,能够通过涡轮外罩底部的圆孔将吸盘内的空气抽出;且在吸盘底部通过密封胶胶粘有一圈弹性软垫。该结构通过将在涡轮外罩底部开设圆孔,能够使涡轮外罩底部与吸盘相连,通过涡轮外罩底部的圆孔将吸盘内部空气抽出,制造真空环境。本发明的攀壁机器人足部结构设计能够在一定程度上适应不平整平面上凹凸不平处或小颗粒对爬行的影响,且能在最大程度增大足部吸附力的同时不影响爬行步态。
