The invention relates to an unloading system and an unloading method. The unloading system comprises a support; the moving mechanism is movably arranged on the bracket; the unloading mechanism comprises a seat body, a frame lifting appliance and a magnetic attraction mechanism, the seat body is fixed on the moving mechanism, and the frame lifting appliance and the magnetic attraction mechanism are respectively fixed on the seat body; the shooting equipment is used for obtaining top views of the frames or the interval supports and determining the positions of the frames or the interval supports, and the frames and the interval supports are alternately stacked from bottom to top; and the controller is electrically connected with the shooting equipment, the moving mechanism, the vehicle frame lifting appliance and the magnetic attraction mechanism and used for controlling the moving mechanism to act, moving the unloading mechanism to the position of the vehicle frame or the interval support and controlling the vehicle frame lifting appliance to grab the vehicle frame for transferring or controlling the magnetic attraction mechanism to attract the interval support for transferring. According to the unloading system, the frame and the interval supports can be unloaded at the same time, manual work or other auxiliary unloading devices are not needed for unloading, and therefore the effect of improving the unloading efficiency of the frame is achieved.

    本申请涉及一种卸货系统和卸货方法。所述卸货系统包括:支架;移行机构,可移动地设置在支架上;卸货机构,包括座体、车架吊具和磁吸机构,座体固定在移行机构上,车架吊具和磁吸机构分别固定在座体上;拍摄设备,用于获取车架或者间隔支撑的俯视图,确定车架或者间隔支撑的位置,车架和间隔支撑自下而上交替堆叠;控制器,分别与拍摄设备、移行机构、车架吊具和磁吸机构电连接,用于控制移行机构动作,将卸货机构移动到车架或者间隔支撑的位置,并控制车架吊具抓取车架进行转移,或者控制磁吸机构吸住间隔支撑进行转移。该卸货系统能够同时卸载车架和间隔支撑,不需要再借助人工或其他辅助卸载装置进行卸货,从而实现提高车架卸货效率的效果。
