The invention relates to an unmanned vehicle driving mode control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a vehicle control unit to send a request for entering an automatic driving mode to an automatic driving system, building a communication link according to a received reply instruction, and allowing to enter the automatic driving mode; in the automatic driving mode, the opening degree of an accelerator pedal or a brake pedal obtained by a vehicle control unit is larger than a set value, longitudinal manual intervention exists, and the automatic driving mode is quitted to enter the manual driving mode; when the opening degree of the accelerator pedal or the brake pedal is smaller than a set value, longitudinal manual intervention disappears, and the automatic driving mode is restarted; in the automatic driving mode, the steering torque change obtained by the vehicle control unit is larger than a set value, transverse manual intervention exists, and the automatic driving mode is quitted to enter the manual driving mode; and when a closing moment when the automatic driving switch signal is closed and then is opened again is obtained, the transverse manual intervention disappears, and the automatic driving mode is entered again.

    本发明涉及一种无人驾驶车辆驾驶模式控制方法及系统,包括整车控制器向自动驾驶系统发出进入自动驾驶模式的请求,根据收到的回复指令建立通信链路,允许进入自动驾驶模式;自动驾驶模式下,整车控制器获取的油门踏板或制动踏板的开度大于设定值,存在纵向人工介入,退出自动驾驶模式进入人工驾驶模式;待油门踏板或制动踏板的开度小于设定值时,纵向人工介入消失,重新进入自动驾驶模式;自动驾驶模式下,整车控制器获取的转向力矩变化大于设定值,存在横向人工介入,退出自动驾驶模式进入人工驾驶模式;待获取到自动驾驶开关信号关闭后重新打开时的闭合瞬间,横向人工介入消失,重新进入自动驾驶模式。
