The invention discloses a high-adaptability double wheel for mine transportation and a fast assembly mechanism thereof, the high-adaptability double wheel comprises a fixed main shaft, a driven wheel, a fixed shaft, a fixed bolt and a fastening bolt, the fixed shaft and the driven wheel are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the fixed main shaft, the fixed main shaft is arranged at the bottom of a mine transport vehicle, a linkage bearing is fixedly mounted on the outer side wall of the fixed shaft, and the linkage bearing is fixedly mounted on the outer side wall of the driven wheel. The linkage bearing is movably sleeved with the driven wheel in a limited mode, and a protection shell is fixedly installed on the outer side wall of the fixing shaft. According to the wheel mechanism, the protective shell is arranged and can be attached to the linkage bearing, dust and slime water splashed in a mine field can be prevented from entering the linkage bearing, and therefore corrosion in the linkage bearing is avoided, the ability of the wheel mechanism to cope with the severe environment can be remarkably improved, and the operation stability and durability of the wheel mechanism are improved; and therefore, the selectivity of the wheel mechanism to different working scenes and working environments can be improved, and the effect of improving the adaptability of the wheel device is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种适配性高的矿山运输用双轮及其快装机构,包括固定总轴、从动轮、固定轴、固定螺栓和紧固螺栓,固定轴和从动轮对称设置于固定总轴的两端,固定总轴设置于矿山运输车的底部,固定轴的外侧壁固定安装有联动轴承,联动轴承限位活动套接于从动轮的内部,固定轴的外侧壁固定安装有保护壳。本发明,通过保护壳的设置可以与联动轴承保持贴合,可以防止矿场中溅起的灰尘和煤泥水进入联动轴承的内部,从而避免了联动轴承内部出现锈蚀,可以显著提高车轮机构应对恶劣环境的能力,提高本车轮机构的运行稳定性和耐用性,进而可以提高本车轮机构应对不同工作场景和工作环境时的可选择性,起到了提高本车轮装置的适配性的效果。
