The universal wheel damping mechanism comprises a lower trundle mounting plate and an upper trundle mounting plate, the upper trundle mounting plate is located over the lower trundle mounting plate, and a plurality of heat dissipation grooves are symmetrically formed in the middle-deviated left ends and the middle-deviated right ends of the interiors of the lower trundle mounting plate and the upper trundle mounting plate; and a vertically-through injection hole is formed in the left top end of the heat dissipation groove, a heat dissipation assembly for dissipating high-temperature heat in time is movably installed in the heat dissipation groove, and the heat dissipation assembly comprises an adjusting assembly for sensing and adjusting the heat temperature in real time and a heat absorption assembly for absorbing the high-temperature heat in time. According to the universal wheel damping mechanism, the heat dissipation function can be achieved in the upper trundle mounting plate and the lower trundle mounting plate, and when the damping springs slide up and down on the spring guiding optical shafts for a long time to conduct damping on the universal wheels, high heat generated by long-time back-and-forth friction can be dissipated and absorbed in time; and the damping performance of the damping springs and the normal operation effect of the universal wheels are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种万向轮减震机构,包括下脚轮安装板和上脚轮安装板,上脚轮安装板位于下脚轮安装板的正上方,下脚轮安装板和上脚轮安装板的内部中偏左端、中偏右端均呈对称式开设有若干个散热槽,散热槽的左顶端开设有上下贯穿的注料孔,散热槽的内部活动安装有及时散发高温热量的散热组件,散热组件包括:实时感知热温并进行调节的调节组件和及时吸收高温热量的吸热组件。该种万向轮减震机构,可以起到上脚轮安装板与下脚轮安装板内具备散热功能,当减震弹簧在长时间于弹簧导向光轴上下滑动以对万向轮进行减震时,长时间来回的摩擦所产生的较高热量可以得到及时的散发和吸收,保证了减震弹簧的减震性能和万向轮的正常运行的作用。
