The invention relates to a damping type spherical universal wheel structure, and discloses a universal wheel structure which realizes flexible direction change through random rotation of a rolling ball in a fixed cylinder and performs damping and buffering through a damping rubber sleeve on a supporting screw rod, so that the blocking rate can be effectively reduced. The damping device is characterized in that the damping device is composed of a fixing assembly and a damping assembly, the fixing assembly is composed of a fixing cylinder, a concave tile, an annular groove, an oil filtering ring, a temporary storage oil groove, an annular limiting cover and a rolling ball, the damping assembly is composed of a fixing disc, a fixing ring hole, a fixing nut, a supporting screw rod and a damping rubber sleeve, and the rolling ball is matched with the temporary storage oil groove. When the rolling ball rotates to drive the inward oil to flow, the inward oil flows into the temporary oil storage groove, and part of the inward oil is left in the temporary oil storage groove, so that the rolling ball can be lubricated, and the blocking rate is reduced; the damping rubber sleeve is formed by overlapping a plurality of rubber gaskets and wrapping the rubber gaskets with rubber layers, and a better damping effect can be obtained under the condition that the size of the damping rubber sleeve is not changed.

    本发明减震式球形万向轮结构公开了一种通过滚动球在固定筒中随意转动实现灵活变向,同时通过支撑螺杆上的减震橡胶套进行减震缓冲的万向轮结构,能够有效减少阻卡率。其特征在于由固定组件和减震组件组成,所述固定组件由固定筒、凹瓦、环形槽、滤油环、暂存油槽、环形限位盖和滚动球组成,所述减震组件由固定盘、固定环孔、固定螺母、支撑螺杆和减震橡胶套组成,所述滚动球配合暂存油槽,能够使得滚动球旋转带动内沁油流动时,内沁油流入暂存油槽,部分内沁油留在暂存油槽内,能够对滚动球进行润滑,减少阻卡率;所述减震橡胶套为多个橡胶垫片之间叠加外侧包裹橡胶层制成,能够保证减震橡胶套的体积不变的情况下,获得更好的减震效果。
