The invention discloses a universal wheel mechanism, and relates to the technical field of trundles. The universal wheel mechanism comprises: a trundle mounting shaft; two directional trundles which are in one-to-one correspondence with the two ends of the trundle mounting shaft and are rotationally connected with the trundle mounting shaft; a mounting bracket, wherein the bottom end of the mounting bracket is rotatably connected with the middle part of the trundle mounting shaft, a floating gap is reserved, and the rotating direction of the mounting bracket is perpendicular to the axis direction of the trundle mounting shaft; a central shaft arranged at the top end of the mounting bracket; a bearing seat, wherein a bearing mounting cavity is formed in the bearing seat, a shaft hole is formed in the center, and the central shaft penetrates through the shaft hole; and two tapered roller bearings which are mounted in the bearing mounting cavity in a back-to-back manner and are both arranged on the central shaft in a sleeving manner. The universal wheel mechanism achieves the effects of being flexible and stable in steering under high load and not prone to being stuck through a double-tapered-roller bearing supporting and directional trundle floating fixing mode.

    本发明公开一种万向轮机构,涉及脚轮技术领域,该万向轮机构包括:脚轮安装轴;两个定向脚轮,两个定向脚轮与脚轮安装轴的两端一一对应并转动连接;安装支架,其底端与脚轮安装轴中部转动连接,并预留浮动间隙,且安装支架的转动方向绕垂直于脚轮安装轴轴线方向;中心轴,其设置于安装支架的顶端;轴承座,其内部设置有轴承安装腔、中心开设有轴孔,中心轴贯穿轴孔;两个圆锥滚子轴承,两个圆锥滚子轴承背对背安装于轴承安装腔内,且两个圆锥滚子轴承均套设于中心轴上。该万向轮机构通过双圆锥滚子轴承支撑和定向脚轮浮动固定模式达到了在高负载下转向灵活稳定,且不易卡死的效果。
