The method comprises the steps that target AIS data information of a ship is acquired, meeting situation information is acquired according to the target AIS data information, and ship collision parameters are calculated through the meeting situation information; meeting situation data meeting preset ship meeting situation data screening conditions are determined; then, constructing a support vector machine classification model, and performing learning classification on meeting situation data of the pre-selected samples in combination with a preset collision avoidance rule to obtain a ship meeting azimuth map; and finally, constructing a BP neural network, optimizing and determining node parameters of each layer of the BP neural network by adopting a sparrow search algorithm, and predicting a collision risk degree value of the selected ship and the target ship according to the meeting azimuth map. According to the scheme, the navigation state of each ship can be judged in advance, the possible collision risk of the ship can be predicted, and the method has important significance for reducing marine collision accidents and ensuring navigation safety.
本发明提供一种计算船舶碰撞风险的方法、装置及存储介质,涉及航海技术领域。本方法包括:获取船舶的目标AIS数据信息,根据目标AIS数据信息获得会遇局面信息,利用会遇局面信息计算船舶碰撞参数;确定符合预置的船舶会遇局面数据筛选条件的会遇局面数据;然后构建支持向量机分类模型,结合预置的避碰规则对预选样本的会遇局面数据进行学习分类,获得船舶会遇方位图;最后构建BP神经网络,采用麻雀搜索算法寻优确定BP神经网络的各层节点参数,根据会遇方位图预测选定船与目标船的碰撞危险度值。本方案能够提前判断出各船舶航行状态,预测船舶可能的碰撞风险,对于减少海上碰撞事故,确保航行安全,具有重要的意义。
