According to the locked-rotor heat management system and method for the electric automobile, a function table database is used as a reference, signal collection is obtained through multiple paths, collection and processing of automobile tire air pressure, wheel temperature, driving motor temperature, motor controller temperature, ramp angle, motor three-phase current, high-voltage direct-current bus voltage and the like are achieved, PACK is structurally recombined, and the stability of the system is improved. An independent water tank is formed in the PACK, cooling circulation control can be achieved through software control, and temperature rise is reduced and torque is protected from being reduced by controlling and increasing the flow of a cooling system, changing a water channel circulation path and controlling air conditioner refrigeration and carrier frequency control. And table look-up control torque output is realized on static and dynamic torques and ramp and load functions through road spectrum acquisition, so that the vehicle can be locked and does not slip for a long time, cooling and heat preservation management is performed on a power system of the whole vehicle through circulation of refrigeration and heat exchange, and the endurance and safety are improved.

    本发明提出一种电动汽车堵转热管理系统及方法,以函数表数据库为参考,多种路径获取信号采集,实现对车轮胎气压力、车轮温度、驱动电机温度、电机控制器温度、坡道角度、电机三相电流、高压直流母线电压等采集处理,对PACK进行结构重组,在PACK内部形成单独水槽,通过软件的控制可以实现冷却循环控制,通过控制提升冷却系统流量,水道循环路径改变、控制空调制冷及载频控制达到降低温升,保护转矩不降低,并通过路谱采集对静态、动态转矩与坡道、载荷函数实现查表控制转矩输出,达到车辆可以长时间的堵转不溜车并通过制冷和热交换的循环对整车动力系统进行冷却和保温管理,提升续航及安全性。
