The invention discloses a motor locked-rotor protection system, a motor locked-rotor protection method and a motor. The motor comprises the motor locked-rotor protection system. The method comprises the following steps: judging that a motor enters a locked-rotor working condition; when the temperature of a power device is lower than C1, continuing peak torque to continue locked-rotor, setting thefirst safety time D1 of the continuous locked-rotor under C1, triggering a first-stage over-temperature fault when the continuous locked-rotor time exceeds D1, reducing the peak torque to A2, and maintaining output; and when the temperature of the power device is greater than or equal to C1, reducing a carrier frequency to B, and continuing the peak torque. According to the invention, by accurately identifying the locked-rotor working condition of the motor, the temperature of the power device, the switching carrier frequency of the power device and the locked-rotor limited time of the power device are real-timely monitored and dynamically adjusted based on different locked-rotor torques, so that the power device is reliably protected from over-temperature breakdown, the continuous torquevalue and the continuous time of the locked-rotor of the driving motor system are also improved, the sufficient power is provided for the whole vehicle, and the driving comfort and the reliability ofthe whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电机堵转保护系统、方法及电机,电机包括系统,方法包括如下步骤:判断电机进入堵转工况;当功率器件的温度<C1,则持续峰值扭矩继续堵转,并设定C1下持续堵转的第一安全时间D1,当持续堵转时间超过D1,则触发一级过温故障,将所述峰值扭矩降扭为A2,维持输出;当功率器件的温度≥C1,降低载波频率至B,并持续所述峰值扭矩。本发明通过对电机堵转工况进行准确识别,基于不同的堵转扭矩,对功率器件温度、功率器件开关载波频率、功率器件堵转限定时间进行实时监控和动态调节,既可靠的保护了功率器件不会过温击穿,也提高了驱动电机系统堵转的持续扭矩值和持续时间,为整车提供了充足的动力,提高整车驾乘舒适性和可靠性。
