The invention provides a blade electric vehicle ramp locked-rotor working condition processing method which comprises the steps that the motor rotating speed and the output torque of an electric vehicle in a ramp locked-rotor working condition are obtained, and if the motor rotating speed is smaller than the lowest rotating speed threshold value of vehicle climbing, the current motor rotating speed serves as the first set rotating speed; if the output torque is larger than the maximum torque threshold value required by vehicle climbing, it is judged that the vehicle enters a locked-rotor state; motor temperature and IGBT temperature are obtained, whether the motor temperature and the IGBT temperature reach a first set temperature or not is judged, if not, the motor is controlled to maintain current torque output, if yes, the output torque of the motor is controlled to be limited to the first set torque, the first set torque is smaller than the maximum torque required by climbing, and the motor is controlled to maintain the current torque output. And the torque is greater than the minimum torque required by climbing. The safety of the electric vehicle under the ramp stalling working condition can be improved.

    本发明提供一种纯电动汽车坡道堵转工况处理方法,包括:获取电动汽车处于坡道堵转工况的电机转速和输出扭矩,如果所述电机转速小于车辆爬坡的最低转速阈值,则将当前的电机转速作为第一设定转速;如果所述输出扭矩大于车辆爬坡要求的最大扭矩阈值,则判定车辆进入堵转状态;获取电机温度和IGBT温度,判断所述电机温度和所述IGBT温度是否达到第一设定温度,如果否,则控制电机维持当前扭矩输出,如果是,则控制电机输出扭矩限制到第一设定扭矩,其中,所述第一设定扭矩小于爬坡要求的最大扭矩,且大于爬坡要求的最小扭矩。本发明能提高电动汽车在坡道堵转工况的安全性。
