The invention provides a parking track generation method capable of dynamically adjusting a region of interest. The parking track generation method comprises the following steps: determining at least one parking space angular point coordinate of a parking space to be parked; acquiring obstacle information near the parking space to be parked; determining distance information between a parking space angular point of the parking space to be parked and the nearest obstacle; and according to the size relationship between the distance information and a distance threshold value, adjusting the region of interest when the parking track is planned. According to the parking track generation method and system capable of dynamically adjusting the region of interest, the success rate of parking path planning can be improved under the condition that it is guaranteed that the calculated amount is not increased, and therefore the parking success rate of a user is improved.
