The invention provides a supporting wheel device for a medium-low-speed maglev train, and relates to the technical field of maglev trains, the supporting wheel device comprises a seat body, a base and a limiting wheel seat which are sequentially connected from top to bottom through a supporting frame, a stepped hole is formed in the seat body, an oil cylinder assembly is arranged in the stepped hole, the upper part of the oil cylinder assembly extends out of the upper surface of the seat body, and the lower part of the oil cylinder assembly extends out of the lower surface of the seat body. The limiting device penetrates through the limiting hole and then is connected with the limiting groove, the lower portion of the supporting frame is provided with a long screw used for adjusting the height of the supporting wheel, the base is provided with an inner hole used for being connected with the supporting frame, the upper surface of the limiting wheel base is provided with a positioning block, the positioning block is matched with the positioning groove in the supporting frame, and the limiting wheel base is provided with a limiting groove. And the limiting wheel seat is connected with the supporting wheel through a wheel shaft. The supporting wheel device for the medium-low speed maglev train is used for supporting and running when the train loses efficacy in suspension, the problem of abrasion of a vertical skid is effectively solved, and the operation cost of the train is reduced.

    本发明提供一种中低速磁浮列车用支撑轮装置,涉及磁悬浮列车技术领域,包括通过支撑架由上至下依次连接的座体、底座和限制轮座,所述座体内部设置有阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔内设置有油缸组成,所述油缸组成的上部伸出座体的上表面,限位装置贯穿所述限位孔后与限位槽相连,所述支撑架下部设置有用以调节支撑轮高度的长螺杆,所述底座上设置有用以与支撑架相连的内孔,所述限制轮座上表面上设置有定位块,所述定位块与所述支撑架上的定位槽相适配,所述限制轮座通过轮轴与支撑轮相连。本发明所提供的一种中低速磁浮列车用支撑轮装置,用于列车悬浮失效时的支撑与运行,有效解决了垂向滑橇磨损的问题,降低了列车的运营成本。
