The invention relates to an automobile anti-collision structure and a vehicle, the automobile anti-collision structure comprises two front anti-collision plates, the two front anti-collision plates are arranged in parallel, and at least one front anti-collision rod is fixed between the two front anti-collision plates; the two first anti-collision assemblies correspond to the two front anti-collision plates in a one-to-one mode, and the two first anti-collision assemblies are both fixed to the corresponding front anti-collision plates; and the reinforced anti-collision cross beam is fixed between the two first anti-collision assemblies. During low-speed collision, the front anti-collision plate and the front anti-collision rod can preliminarily collapse to absorb energy; when the collision strength is too large, the remaining energy can be continuously transmitted to the first anti-collision assembly, crumple energy absorption is conducted again, the reliability of the automobile anti-collision structure is improved, meanwhile, the automobile anti-collision structure is reinforced through the reinforcing anti-collision beam, and deformation of the rear structure is prevented; and finally, residual energy is transmitted to a front longitudinal beam assembly of the whole vehicle, so that the front longitudinal beam assembly is slightly deformed, and the safety of a cabin and passengers is protected.

    本发明涉及一种汽车防撞结构及车辆,其包括:两个前防撞板,两个所述前防撞板平行设置,且两个所述前防撞板之间固定有至少一根前防撞杆;两个防撞总成一,两个所述防撞总成一与两个所述前防撞板一一对应,且两个所述防撞总成一均固定在对应的所述前防撞板上;加强防撞横梁,所述加强防撞横梁固定在两个所述防撞总成一之间。本发明在低速碰撞时,前防撞板、前防撞杆能够初步溃缩吸能;当碰撞强度过大时,剩余的能量会继续传递到防撞总成一处,再次进行溃缩吸能,提高该汽车防撞结构的可靠性,同时加强防撞横梁对该汽车防撞结构进行加强,防止后面结构变形;最后剩余的能量传递到整车的前纵梁总成,使其发生轻微变形,从而保护机舱及乘员安全。
