According to the automobile anti-collision structure, the rod length direction of an anti-collision beam is consistent with the automobile length direction, a rod body is located below a front longitudinal beam, the front end and the middle of the anti-collision beam are fixedly connected with the front end and the middle of the front longitudinal beam respectively, and the rear end of the anti-collision beam is connected with an automobile auxiliary frame. The anti-collision beam is arranged in the idle space below the front longitudinal beam of the automobile, and the anti-collision beam is connected with the front longitudinal beam and the auxiliary frame of the automobile. When the automobile is collided, the anti-collision beam has the longitudinal compressive strength to improve the longitudinal deformation capacity of the engine room, in addition, the frame structure formed by the anti-collision beam and the front longitudinal beam improves the offset collision capacity, and due to the fact that the rear end of the anti-collision beam is further connected with the auxiliary frame, collision external force received by the front end of the anti-collision beam can be transmitted backwards in the longitudinal direction of the automobile body. The anti-collision strength of the front longitudinal beam is enhanced in an auxiliary mode on the premise that the space of the engine room is not occupied.

    本发明的目的是提供一种汽车防撞结构,防撞梁的杆长方向与车长方向一致且杆身位于前纵梁下方,防撞梁的前端、中部分别与前纵梁的前端、中部固连,防撞梁的后端与汽车副车架相连。利用汽车前纵梁下方的闲置空间设置防撞梁,并将防撞梁与前纵梁、汽车副车架相连。在汽车受到碰撞时,防撞梁自身具有纵向抗压强度以提高机仓的纵向变形能力,加之防撞梁与前纵梁构成的框架结构,提高了偏置碰撞能力,由于防撞梁的后端还与副车架相连,所以前端收到的碰撞外力还可以沿车身纵向向后传递,在并未占据机仓空间的前提下辅助加强前纵梁的防撞强度。
