The invention provides an automobile anti-collision beam structure and an automobile. The automobile anti-collision beam structure comprises a cross beam and a rear-mounted plate arranged behind the cross beam, the cross beam is installed on a front longitudinal beam through energy absorption boxes symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the cross beam, the cross beam and the rear-mounted plate are hollow pipe parts, and the cross beam and the rear-mounted plate are filled with porous parts. By means of the automobile anti-collision beam structure, the flexural rigidity of the cross beam can be enhanced, so that more collision force is transmitted to the energy absorption boxes and the front longitudinal beam along the cross beam, and meanwhile the energy absorption effect of an anti-collision beam is increased as a result of honeycomb structures arranged inside the automobile anti-collision beam structure; the contact area between each energy absorption box and the cross beam is increased, the force transmission path is guaranteed, and the collision absorption capability is great.
