The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an automobile anti-collision beam. A damping plate is fixedly connected with the cross beam and the sliding rod; the sleeve is fixedly connected with the sliding rod and the connecting plate; the first damping spring sleeves the sleeve and the sliding rod, and the herringbone rod is fixedly connected with the damping plate; the sliding block is in sliding connection with the herringbone rod and the connecting plate; the second damping spring is fixedly connected with the sliding block and the connecting plate; the longitudinal beams are fixedly connected with the cross beams; then the cross beam transmits impact vibration to the damping plate for preliminary damping; the sliding rod slides in the sleeve, and the distance between the damping plate and the connecting plate is reduced. The first damping springs are compressed and deformed to secondarily consume impact vibration; a herringbone rod pushes sliding blocks on the two sides to slide on a connecting plate, and finally, the sliding blocks slide to extrude second damping springs to consume impact vibration again; and the rest impact vibration is transmitted to the longitudinal beam to be consumed. According to the scheme, the problems that an existing automobile anti-collision beam is poor in anti-seismic and anti-buffering effect and cannot meet current requirements are solved.
