The invention discloses a high-stability transformer hanging device which comprises a mounting seat as a bearing body of the device. The adjusting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mounting base, and the two sides of the adjusting mechanism are arranged on the V-shaped frame; the buffering mechanism is arranged below the adjusting mechanism and is connected with the base through a V-shaped frame; and the elastic mechanism is arranged above the mounting seat. The four groups of elastic assemblies in the elastic mechanism are symmetrically arranged in pairs, and the positioning columns are arranged at the positions, close to the arc-shaped plates, in the shell, so that during hoisting, the shell or the mounting seat and the transformer hoisted below the mounting seat rotate under the action of external force; when the transformer is hoisted, a positioning column fixedly connected with the bottom of the shell is driven to extrude an arc-shaped rod, so that third rigid springs are compressed, and the counter-acting force of the third rigid springs is used for unloading and buffering the self-rotation force, so that the self-rotation condition during hoisting of the transformer is avoided.
本发明公开了一种稳定性高的变压器的吊挂装置,包括安装座,作为装置的承载体;调节机构,调节机构设于安装座底部,调节机构两侧均设置于V型架;缓冲机构,缓冲机构设于调节机构下方且缓冲机构通过V型架与底座连接;弹性机构,弹性机构设于安装座上方。本发明中由于弹性机构中的四组弹性组件两两对称设置,并且在壳体内部靠近弧形板的位置处设置有定位柱,在吊装时不论是壳体发生还是安装座连带安装座下方吊装的变压器受到外力的作用发生自转,均会带动壳体底部固定连接的定位柱对弧形杆形成挤压,从而对第三刚性弹簧形成压缩,多个第三刚性弹簧的反作用力,对自转的力进行卸力缓冲,从而避免了变压器在吊装时,发生自转的情况。
