The invention belongs to the field of transformer hoisting, and particularly discloses a hoisting beam device for hoisting a converter transformer body, and the hoisting beam device comprises two hoisting beam assemblies connected through a transverse screw rod, and each hoisting beam assembly comprises a beam body, a plurality of hoisting beam screw rods, a supporting seat and a hoisting seat assembly; the beam bodies in the two hanging beam assemblies are arranged in parallel and are fixed; the bottom of the hanging beam screw is fixed with a clamp of the transformer, and the top is fixed with the top of the beam body; the bottom of the supporting seat abuts against a clamping piece of the transformer, and the top of the supporting seat is fixed to the beam body. The hanging seat assembly is fixed to the top of the beam body. A steel wire rope on a crane penetrates through the lifting seat assembly to lift the lifting beam device and the transformer body together. The problem of lifting operation of a transformer body without a lifting piece structure is solved, and the lifting beam is of an assembly adjustable structure and is suitable for transformers of different sizes. The transverse screw rod can be adjusted in the width direction of the hanging beam assembly for positioning, and all the fixing assemblies can slide in the long axis direction of the hanging beam assembly and then are fixed to proper positions.

    本发明属于变压器吊装领域,具体公开了一种用于换流变压器器身吊运的吊梁装置,包括:两个通过横向螺杆连接的吊梁组件,吊梁组件中包括梁体、多个吊梁螺杆、支撑座以及吊座组件;两个吊梁组件中的梁体平行设置并固定;吊梁螺杆的底部与变压器的夹件固定,顶部与梁体的顶部固定;支撑座的底部抵在变压器的夹件上,顶部与所述梁体固定;吊座组件固定于梁体的顶部;吊车上的钢丝绳穿过吊座组件将吊梁装置和变压器器身一起吊起。本发明解决了无吊攀结构变压器器身吊装作业的问题,吊梁为装配可调式结构,适用于不同尺寸的变压器。吊梁装配的宽度方向可以调节横向螺杆来进行定位,所有的固定组件都可以沿吊梁组件的长轴方向滑动,再固定到合适位置。
