The photovoltaic panel deicing robot comprises a shear fork lifting mechanism, a deicing robot body and a hot air mechanism, the hot air mechanism is connected with the deicing robot body, the deicing robot body is arranged above the shear fork lifting mechanism, the deicing robot body comprises a machine body and a driving assembly, and driving wheels are arranged on the two sides of the machine body respectively; the photovoltaic deicing robot is adopted, in the operation process, hot air can be used for removing ice according to the icing condition on the photovoltaic panel, and the good blowing effect on accumulated ice which is difficult to remove is achieved. Remote control is adopted, so that the robot can automatically run, the cleaning effect is good, and the efficiency is high; and the construction cost and the operation cost are low. And meanwhile, multi-dimensional movement can be achieved by combining the crawler chassis, and the device is suitable for working road surfaces under different severe conditions. The device is simple and beautiful in appearance, can be highly attached to the surface of the photovoltaic panel, and does not affect the normal power generation of the photovoltaic panel in the operation process.

    本发明公开了光伏板除冰机器人,包括剪叉升降机构、除冰机器人和热风机构,所述热风机构与除冰机器人连接,所述除冰机器人设置在剪叉升降机构的上方,所述除冰机器人包括机身和驱动组件,所述机身的两侧位置分别设置有驱动轮;采用了光伏除冰机器人,在运行过程中,可以根据光伏板上结冰情况,使用热风清除,对难以清除的积冰有很好的吹除效果。采用远程控制,使机器人能够自动运行,清除效果好、效率高;建设成本及运营成本均较低。同时,结合履带底盘可以实现多维度运动,适应不同恶劣情况的工作路面。外形简洁美观,能够与光伏板的表面高度贴合,运行过程中不会影响光伏板的正常发电。
