The balance control method comprises the following steps: in the process that the hoisting device hoists a heavy object to lift off the ground or lower the heavy object to the ground, acquiring a real-time unbalanced moment M of the tower crane in real time; judging whether the balance of the tower crane is in an abnormal state or not according to the real-time unbalanced moment M; and when the balance of the tower crane is in an abnormal state, limiting the hoisting action of the hoisting device, and controlling the movable balance weight to move along the balance arm until the balance of the tower crane is recovered to a normal state and then the tower crane is static. According to the invention, the balance problem caused by the rapid change of unbalanced torque borne by the tower body in the two processes that the hoisting device hoists a heavy object to lift off the ground and the lower part of the heavy object touches the ground of the tower crane can be solved.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,公开了一种塔式起重机及其平衡控制方法和平衡控制系统,塔式起重机包括起吊装置、移动平衡重以及设置于起吊装置上的缓冲装置,缓冲装置用于延长起吊装置吊载重物离地过程和着地过程的时间,平衡控制方法包括:在起吊装置吊载重物起升离地或下放着地的过程中,实时获取塔式起重机的实时不平衡力矩M;根据实时不平衡力矩M判断塔式起重机的平衡是否处于异常状态;当塔式起重机的平衡处于异常状态时,限制起吊装置的吊载动作,并控制移动平衡重沿平衡臂移动,直至塔式起重机的平衡恢复至正常状态后静止。本发明可解决塔式起重机在起吊装置吊载重物起升离地和下方着地这两个过程中塔身所受到的不平衡力矩急剧变化所带来的平衡问题。
