A conductor rail is installed at the bottom of the supporting and connecting mechanism, a side edge limiting and locking mechanism is installed on the outer side of the connecting base, and the bottom of the side edge limiting and locking mechanism is connected with the top of the conductor rail. According to the device, two first springs are reset, so that a fixing plate drives a supporting rod to move upwards, a connecting plate moves upwards till the connecting plate is attached to a connecting base, then a top column can be located on the inner side of a bottom hole, an inserting rod is located on the inner side of an inserting hole, and then the connecting plate and the connecting base can be connected; and then the connecting plate and the connecting seat can be fixed, so that the conductor rail and the connecting seat can be firmly mounted.

    本发明涉及导电轨领域,且公开了一种钢铝复合型导电轨结构,解决了目前仅通过螺栓连接导致导电轨与安装之间连接不够牢固的问题,其包括安装板,所述安装板的底部固定安装有连接座,连接座的底部连接有支撑连接机构,支撑连接机构的底部安装有导电轨,连接座的外侧安装有侧边限位锁紧机构,侧边限位锁紧机构的底部与导电轨的顶部连接;本发明,通过两个弹簧一复位使得固定板带动支撑杆向上移动,并使得连接板向上移动直到与连接座贴合,继而能够使得顶柱位于底孔的内侧,而插杆位于插孔的内侧,继而能够将连接板与连接座连接,并通过螺栓和螺孔之间的配合,继而能够使得连接板与连接座固定,从而便于导电轨与连接座的牢固安装。
