The invention relates to the thermo-composited steel-aluminum composite conductor rail and belongs to equipment for power supply of the urban rail transit. The thermo-composited steel-aluminum composite conductor rail mainly adopts the thermo-composited technique. Flaming and warming are conducted on the two support lugs (3) and the upper surface (5) of the aluminum profile (1) through the aluminum profile extrusion machine after the I-shaped or the C-shaped aluminum profile (1) just leave the extrusion die, the two support lugs (3) and the upper surface (5) are enabled to be in the super-plasticity deformation stage with the temperature of about 520 DEG C and enter the thermo-composited die along with a stainless steel groove (2) whose side edges are provided with crescent grooves (4). The crescent grooves (4) and the cavity in the contact surface (5) of steel and aluminum are filled with aluminum alloy materials so that the composition of the steel and aluminum can be completed. The thermo-composited steel-aluminum composite conductor rail is small in resistance of steel-aluminum contact, low in temperature rise, high in production efficiency, high in steel-aluminum bonding strength of three directions and good in electricity-transmitting performance.
