The embodiment of the invention provides a different-body isomorphic docking mechanism with pretightening force feedback. The different-body isomorphic docking mechanism comprises a driving assembly (2), a connection and separation execution assembly (1), a sensor assembly (4), a feedback control assembly (5) and a supporting assembly (3). The driving assembly (2) and the connecting and separating execution assembly (1) are arranged in a supporting mode through the supporting assembly (3). The sensor assembly (4) is arranged in the connection and separation execution assembly (1), and the feedback control assembly (5) is connected with the sensor assembly (4) and the driving assembly (2) through wires. The sensor assembly (4) is configured to measure strain generated by the connection and separation execution assembly (1), convert measured data into voltage signal data and output the voltage signal data to the feedback control assembly (5). The feedback control assembly (5) controls the driving assembly (2) at least based on the voltage signal data so as to drive the connection and separation execution assembly (1).
