The invention discloses an isomorphic mechanical-electrical integrated docking mechanism and docking assembly. The docking mechanism comprises a shell, a docking disc covering the shell, a locking disc located in the shell, a driving device driving the locking disc to rotate, a mechanical-electrical integrated conical rod and a docking socket, wherein the mechanical-electrical integrated conical rod and the docking socket are arranged on the docking disc. The locking disc is provided with a guide groove, one end of the guide groove is a large-diameter butt joint hole site, and the other end of the guide groove is a small-diameter locking hole site. The butt joint assembly is composed of two identical butt joint mechanisms, and during butt joint, the two sets of conical rods are inserted into butt joint sockets of the opposite side respectively, and circuit connection is achieved. The isomorphic electromechanical integrated docking mechanism and docking assembly have the characteristics of high precision, high integration level, miniaturization, short docking time and large docking fault tolerance.

    本发明公开了一种同构式机电信一体化对接机构及对接组件,对接机构包括外壳、覆盖于外壳上的对接盘、位于外壳内的锁紧盘、驱动锁紧盘转动的驱动装置及对接盘上的机电信一体化锥杆和对接插口;锁紧盘设有导引槽,导引槽一端为大直径对接孔位,另一端为小直径锁紧孔位;对接组件由两个相同的上述对接机构组成,对接时,两组锥杆分别插入对方对接插口内并实现电路联通。本发明一种同构式机电信一体化对接机构及对接组件具有精度高、集成度高、小型化、对接时间短、对接容错性大的特点。
