The invention provides a multi-driving-state automatic driving data acquisition method and device and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the driving states of a vehicle in real time, and obtaining the scene information of a real vehicle in different driving states, the driving states of the vehicle comprising an automatic driving state, a takeover switching state and a manual driving state; in different driving states, determining whether to trigger a shadow mode based on the scene information; and after the shadow mode is triggered, generating simulated vehicle information, namely, in an automatic driving state, generating the simulated vehicle information through a second model while controlling automatic driving of the vehicle through a first model, and in a takeover switching state or a manual driving state, generating the simulated vehicle information through the first model, the first model and the second model constitute a vehicle-mounted automatic driving model. According to different driving states of the automatic driving vehicle, the simulation vehicle information can be generated based on the corresponding model, and the automatic driving test data acquisition efficiency and accuracy are improved.

    本发明提供多驾驶状态的自动驾驶数据获取方法、设备及介质,方法包括实时获取车辆的驾驶状态,并获取不同驾驶状态下真实车辆的场景信息,车辆的驾驶状态包括自动驾驶状态、接管切换状态和人工驾驶状态;在不同驾驶状态下,基于场景信息确定是否触发影子模式;在触发影子模式后,生成模拟车辆信息,包括:在自动驾驶状态下,通过第一模型控制车辆自动驾驶的同时,通过第二模型生成模拟车辆信息,在接管切换状态或人工驾驶状态下,通过第一模型生成模拟车辆信息,第一模型和第二模型构成车辆搭载的自动驾驶模型。能够针对自动驾驶车辆的不同驾驶状态,基于对应的模型进行模拟车辆信息的生成,提高自动驾驶测试数据获取的效率和准确性。
