The inchworm-imitating pole-climbing robot comprises two manipulators, a transmission mechanism, a driving motor and a control module, the manipulators are in a closed ring shape and can be arranged on a to-be-climbed pole body in a sleeving mode, the two manipulators are distributed up and down, one end of the transmission mechanism is hinged to the manipulators, and the other end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the driving motor; the driving motor drives the transmission mechanism to swing upwards, the control module is electrically connected with the driving motor so as to control operation of the driving motor, the manipulator comprises an anti-skid plate and four horizontal connecting arms, the two horizontal connecting arms are arranged on the two sides of the anti-skid plate respectively, the horizontal connecting arms on the same side are distributed up and down, and the horizontal connecting arms are hinged to the anti-skid plate. The anti-skid plate is further hinged to the transmission mechanism. Compared with a climbing robot in the prior art, the inchworm-imitating pole-climbing robot has the advantages that the structure is simple, the action is reliable, the maintenance is relatively simple, and the inchworm-imitating pole-climbing robot can adapt to various cylindrical bodies such as trunks, cement poles and iron poles.

    一种仿尺蠖爬杆机器人包括两个机械手、传动机构、驱动电机、控制模块,所述机械手为封闭的环形并能够套设在待爬杆体上,两个机械手上下分布,传动机构的一端与机械手铰接,传动机构的另一端与驱动电机连接,驱动电机带动传动机构向上摆动,控制模块与驱动电机电性连接,以控制驱动电机的运行,所述机械手包括防滑板、四个水平连接臂,防滑板的两侧分别设有两个水平连接臂,同一侧的水平连接臂上下分布,水平连接臂与防滑板铰接,防滑板还与传动机构铰接。相对于现有技术,本发明的仿尺蠖爬杆机器人相对于现有技术的攀爬机器人,结构简单,动作可靠,维护也较为简单,能够适应树干、水泥杆、铁杆等多种柱形体。
