The invention provides a transmission mechanism of battery transfer equipment, the battery transfer equipment is arranged close to a battery rack, the battery transfer equipment comprises a supporting part, a battery taking and placing mechanism and a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism comprises multiple groups of gear rack transmission units, the gears correspond to the end corner positions of the battery taking and placing mechanism and are arranged between the supporting part and the battery taking and placing mechanism, the gears are connected with the battery taking and placing mechanism, the racks are arranged on the supporting part in the vertical direction, and the gears and the racks are meshed with each other; the two driving units are arranged on the two sides of the battery taking and placing mechanism correspondingly so as to drive the gear and rack transmission units located at the two ends of the same side of the battery taking and placing mechanism to synchronously drive the battery taking and placing mechanism to ascend and descend. According to the transmission mechanism, synchronous motion control can be conducted on the four ends of the battery taking and placing mechanism only through the two driving units, the use number of the driving units is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the overall size of the transmission mechanism is reduced, and the synchronism of lifting motion of the battery transfer equipment is improved.

    本发明提供一种电池转运设备的传动机构,电池转运设备靠近电池架设置,电池转运设备包括支撑部、电池取放机构以及传动机构,传动机构包括:多组齿轮齿条传动单元,对应电池取放机构的端角位置设置并且分别设于支撑部与电池取放机构的之间,齿轮与电池取放机构连接,齿条沿着竖直方向设置于支撑部上,齿轮与齿条相互啮合;两个驱动单元,分别设于电池取放机构的两侧,以驱动位于电池取放机构的同一侧两端的齿轮齿条传动单元同步带动电池取放机构升降移动。本发明只采用两个驱动单元就可以对电池取放机构四端的进行同步的运动控制,有效减少了驱动单元的使用数量,同时减小了传动机构的整体体积,提升了电池转运设备升降运动的同步性。
