    本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,提供一种超磁致伸缩式自动紧急制动装置,所述自动紧急制动装置包括:支撑部,所述支撑部上设有框体;制动盘,所述制动盘转动设置在所述支撑部上;传动机构,所述传动机构设置在所述框体上;摩擦片,所述摩擦片设置在所述传动机构上,所述摩擦片分布在所述制动盘的两侧;本实施例提供的自动紧急制动装置,通过设置有GMM棒,采用控制通电线圈电流来控制GMM棒伸缩形变的方法,在紧急制动时,对线圈通入电流,并产生磁场,GMM棒伸长时会抵住推杆和滑块,滑块带动传动机构进行运动,使得摩擦片和制动盘夹紧,实现紧急制动。
