The invention discloses an urban low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle flight mission management method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the division of an air route network according to a distribution point and a receiving point, and obtaining a flight path; according to the flight path and the safe operation interval of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a flight timetable is made, the flight timetable is used for ensuring that each flight path is free of conflict, and information of the flight timetable comprises the take-off time of a distribution point and the arrival time of a receiving point; and based on the received flight task application, the flight tasks are ranked according to a preset priority, and the distribution point take-off time and the receiving point arrival time in the flight time table are sequentially distributed to the ranked flight tasks. The problem of airspace use conflicts can be solved, a basis is provided for unmanned aerial vehicle flight task management, air traffic congestion is relieved, the collision risk of aircrafts is reduced, and development of air traffic of smart cities is promoted.

    本发明公开了一种城市低空无人机飞行任务管理方法、装置及系统,所述方法包括根据配送点和收货点对航路网络进行划设,获得飞行路径;依据所述飞行路径,以及无人机安全运行间隔,制定飞行时刻表,所述飞行时刻表用于确保每条飞行路径无冲突,所述飞行时刻表的信息包括配送点起飞时间和收货点到达时间;基于接受到的飞行任务申请,按照预设的优先级对飞行任务进行排序,并向排序后的飞行任务依次分配飞行时刻表中的配送点起飞时间和收货点到达时间。本发明能够解决空域使用冲突的问题,为无人机飞行任务管理提供依据,缓解空中交通拥堵,降低航空器碰撞风险,推动智慧城市空中交通的发展。
