According to the vehicle motor locked-rotor protection method, on the one hand, the locked-rotor working condition can be accurately and rapidly recognized at the motor locked-rotor occurrence moment, controller thermal failure caused by short-time large current is avoided, meanwhile, the situation that the whole vehicle acceleration experience is affected by limited power due to fault misinformation is avoided, on the other hand, the heating value of the controller is reduced, damage to the motor controller is reduced, and the reliability of the whole vehicle is improved. And the hardware protection under the abnormal working condition is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种车辆电机堵转保护方法、装置、设备及存储介质,该方法包括步骤:采集车辆堵转数据,所述车辆堵转数据包括转速、扭矩、电流积分量;根据所述车辆堵转数据判断电机是否发生堵转;当确定电机发生堵转时,对电机堵转时间进行计时,并根据电机堵转时间设定多种堵转保护策略。本申请的车辆电机堵转保护方法一方面在电机堵转发生时刻,能够准确快速识别堵转工况,避免短时大电流造成控制器热失效,同时也避免故障误报,导致动力受限影响整车加速体验,另一方面,降低控制器发热量,减小对电机控制器的损坏,保证异常工况下对硬件的保护。
