The invention relates to a spatial layout structure for preventing a hoisting steel wire rope of a tower crane from being twisted, a front hoisting mechanism, a rear hoisting mechanism, a front trolley and a rear trolley are arranged on each arm frame, and the front hoisting mechanism and the rear hoisting mechanism correspond to the front trolley and the rear trolley. Rope-passing pulleys are arranged on each arm support and the slewing tower body, a lifting steel wire rope led out by the lifting mechanism sequentially passes through the lifting arm rope-passing pulley and the slewing tower body rope-passing pulley block and enters the trolley pulley block, the steel wire rope of the front lifting mechanism enters the front trolley pulley block, and the steel wire rope of the rear lifting mechanism enters the rear trolley pulley block. The lifting hook is provided with four pulley blocks, and a steel wire rope penetrates through the trolley pulley blocks and the lifting hook pulley blocks and then is connected to an anti-twisting device of an arm head. The fixed pulley block is arranged on the crane boom frame and the slewing tower body, and large drooping caused by self weight is avoided. Trolley pulley blocks and hook pulley blocks of the left and right arm supports adopt a mirroring rope winding mode, so that the problem of twisting of steel wire ropes is effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种塔机起升钢丝绳不打绞的空间布局结构,在每个臂架上设置前后双起升机构以及前后双小车,前后双起升机构对应前后双小车。在每个臂架和回转塔身上设置过绳滑轮,起升机构引出的起升钢丝绳先后经过起重臂过绳滑轮、回转塔身过绳滑轮组,进入小车滑轮组,前起升机构的钢丝绳进入前小车滑轮组,后起升机构的钢丝绳进入后小车滑轮组。前后双小车对应吊钩的前后滑轮组,吊钩上设置四个滑轮组,钢丝绳穿过小车滑轮组与吊钩滑轮组后,连接到臂头的防扭装置上。在起重臂臂架以及回转塔身设置定滑轮组,并且不会由于自重产生较大下垂。左右臂架的小车滑轮组与吊钩滑轮组采用镜像的绕绳方式,有效克服钢丝绳打绞问题。
