    本发明公开了一种塔机用新型钢丝绳,包括钢丝绳主体和钢芯本体,钢丝绳主体的外部设置有外层股本体,钢芯本体设置于钢丝绳主体的内部。本发明通过安装有钢芯本体等,使得钢丝绳结构体使用时,通过将钢芯本体采用圆股形式,以及将外层股本体采用微压实形式,打破了传统的内外层全部压实或内外层全部圆股的设计理念,一方面可解决使用过程中易出现的松股和鸟笼问题,另一方面更好地解决生产中的残余应力问题,该结构设计兼顾其柔软性和耐磨损性及抗挤压性能等特点,可以最大限度的提高钢丝绳主体的使用寿命,达到较高性价比优势,满足于当前高端客户群体,从而实现替代进口产品。
