The invention provides a brake cylinder pressure control method and system. Setting a brake cylinder pressure target value and a pressure regulation error allowable value as standard error values, and detecting and calculating a real-time difference value between the brake cylinder pressure target value and the brake cylinder pressure real-time value; if the real-time difference value is larger than the standard error value, brake inflation or exhaust is conducted, and meanwhile the pressure adjusting error is set to be an accurate error value (smaller than the standard error value); if the real-time difference value is larger than the accurate error value and smaller than the standard error value, the voltage regulation error allowable value is kept to be the last set value; if the real-time difference value is smaller than the accurate error value, brake pressure maintaining is conducted, and meanwhile the pressure adjusting error is increased to the standard error value; and in the braking pressure maintaining process, the real-time difference value between the real-time value and the target value of the pressure of the brake cylinder is continuously detected till the real-time difference value is larger than the pressure regulating error allowable value, and the pressure regulating error is set to be the accurate error value again. In the inflating, exhausting and pressure maintaining process, the pressure adjusting error allowable value is adjusted according to feedback of the brake cylinder, and the action frequency of the electromagnetic valve can be reduced.

    本发明提供一种制动缸压力控制方法及控制系统。设定制动缸压力目标值,及调压误差允许值为标准误差值,检测计算制动缸压力目标值与制动缸压力实时值的实时差值;若实时差值大于标准误差值,进行制动充气或排气,同时将调压误差设为精确误差值(小于标准误差值);若实时差值大于精确误差值,小于标准误差值,则保持调压误差允许值为上次设定值;若实时差值小于精确误差值,进行制动保压,同时增大调压误差至标准误差值;制动保压过程中,持续检测制动缸压力实时值与目标值的实时差值,直至实时差值大于调压误差允许值,再次将调压误差设为精确误差值。在充排气以及保压过程中,根据制动缸反馈,调整调压误差允许值,可减少电磁阀动作次数。
