The invention relates to a hydraulic brake cylinder pressure control system and a control method thereof.The control system comprises a pressure generation module and a pressure control module, the pressure generation module comprises a one-way valve, an external energy accumulator and an energy accumulator sensor, the one-way valve is connected with an oil tank, and the pressure control module comprises a proportional electromagnetic valve, a pressure sensor and a controller; connecting an external energy accumulator and a brake cylinder; the pressure maintaining solenoid valve is arranged at an overflow port of the proportional solenoid valve, and the overflow port of the proportional solenoid valve is connected to the oil tank through the pressure maintaining solenoid valve; the brake cylinder sensor collects brake cylinder pressure output to the brake cylinder; the brake cylinder pressure switch is electrically connected with the brake cylinder sensor; when the working condition is relieved, the configuration proportional electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the pressure maintaining electromagnetic valve is powered on; and under the coasting working condition or the braking working condition, the proportional electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered on, and the pressure maintaining electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered off in a delayed mode. Through cooperative control of the proportional electromagnetic valve and the pressure maintaining electromagnetic valve, the utilization rate of the proportional electromagnetic valve is reduced, and the system reliability is improved.
本申请涉及一种液压制动缸压力控制系统及其控制方法,其中,该控制系统包括:包括压力产生模块、压力控制模块,压力产生模块包括单向阀、外部蓄能器及蓄能器传感器,单向阀连接有油箱,压力控制模块包括:比例电磁阀,连接外部蓄能器及制动缸;保压电磁阀设置于比例电磁阀的溢流口处,比例电磁阀的溢流口经保压电磁阀连接至油箱;制动缸传感器采集输出到制动缸的制动缸压力;制动缸压力开关电性连接制动缸传感器;缓解工况时,配置比例电磁阀失电、保压电磁阀得电;惰行工况或制动工况时,控制比例电磁阀为得电,延时控制保压电磁阀为失电。本申请通过比例电磁阀和保压电磁阀的配合控制,减少比例电磁阀的使用率,以提高系统可靠性。
