The invention provides a method and device for calculating a zero offset compensation angle of a steering wheel of a vehicle, equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent transportation, in particular to the technical field of automatic driving. According to the implementation scheme, driving state parameters and an initial steering wheel zero offset compensation angle of a vehicle at a first moment are obtained, wherein the driving state parameters comprise control parameters and motion state parameters of the vehicle; and determining a target steering wheel zero offset compensation angle of the vehicle based on the driving state parameter of the vehicle at the first moment and the initial steering wheel zero offset compensation angle.
