The invention discloses an intelligent driving method based on a traditional travelling crane, and aims to improve a driving module aiming at the defects that the traditional travelling crane driving module cannot carry out fine adjustment on the whole operation process, the movement distance is uncontrollable, and shaking is easy to generate during sudden stop. The method comprises two modification schemes, namely a variable-frequency driving scheme and a secondary driving scheme, wherein the variable-frequency driving scheme is characterized in that the variable-frequency speed control of a common motor is realized by reserving an existing travelling crane mechanical transmission structure and additionally arranging a frequency converter. According to the second-stage driving scheme, a second-stage driving mode is designed to be connected into an original reduction gearbox to form an accumulated speed change state. The output frequency of the frequency converter is directly controlled by the travelling crane PLC, on the premise that stepless speed regulation is achieved, smooth conversion among starting, accelerating, decelerating and stopping in the running process of large and small travelling cranes is achieved by controlling changes of speed and acceleration, and therefore the swing amplitude of the lifting appliance is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于传统行车的智能化驱动方法,该智能化驱动方法针对传统行车驱动模块存在无法对整个运行过程进行过程细微调整、运动距离不可控、急停易产生晃动的不足进行驱动模块的改进,其中包含两个改造方案:变频驱动方案和二级驱动方案,变频驱动方案是保留现有的行车机械传动结构加装变频器实现普通电机变频速度控制。二级驱动方案是设计使用二级驱动模式接入原有减速箱形成累加变速状态。变频器的输出频率由行车PLC直接控制,在实现无极调速的前提下,通过控制速度、加速度的变化,实现行车大小车的运行过程中启动、加速、减速、停止之间的平滑转化,从而减小吊具摆动幅度。
