The internal resistance of the battery can be heated; the output torque of the motor is changed by controlling the motor controller, the heating circuit is formed when the output torque of the motor is zero to heat the battery pack, and the bus capacitor is switched out of the heating circuit through the switch module, so that the situation that a large amount of current passes through the bus capacitor during charging and discharging of the battery pack, and the current flowing through the battery pack is greatly reduced is avoided; therefore, the problem that the heating speed of the battery pack is severely slowed down is solved, and the heating efficiency of the battery pack is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电池振荡加热的控制电路、方法、系统及可读存储介质,属于新能源技术领域。本发明通过在母线电容支路上添加一开关模块,并通过控制开关模块的开闭状态,可以使得电池振荡加热的控制电路形成电机驱动电路和加热电路,对应电机驱动模式和加热模式两种工作模式,既可以实现电机输出扭矩,又可以实现对电池内阻的加热;通过控制电机控制器改变电机的输出扭矩,在电机输出扭矩为零时形成加热电路,以对电池包进行加热,并通过开关模块将母线电容切出加热电路,避免了电池包充放电时会有大量电流从母线电容经过,使得流经电池包的电流大幅度下降,进而使电池包的加热速度也会严重变慢的问题,提升了电池包的加热效率。
