The heating system comprises an inverter, a motor, a main diode VD0, a motor controller and a battery management module, and a main switch K0 is arranged between the inverter and the positive electrode of a battery pack E; the positive electrode of the main diode VD0 is connected to the parallel end of the capacitor C of the inverter and the three upper bridge arms, and the negative electrode of the main diode VD0 is connected to the positive electrode of the battery pack E; when the state parameters, collected by the battery management module, of the battery pack E meet preset heating conditions, the battery management module sends a heating instruction to the motor controller; and the motor controller responds to the heating instruction, outputs a driving signal to control a preset target upper bridge arm switch to be switched on, and periodically controls a main switch K0 and a preset target lower bridge arm switch to be synchronously switched on and switched off. The invention has the advantages that the motor bus capacitor C and the stator inductor are simultaneously utilized to store energy, the pulse current passing through the battery pack E is increased, and the heating efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种电池脉冲加热系统、车辆、加热方法及计算机可读存储介质,加热系统包括逆变器、电机、主二极管VD0、电机控制器和电池管理模块,逆变器与电池组E正极之间设置有主开关K0;主二极管VD0的正极连接于逆变器的电容C与三个上桥臂的并联端,主二极管VD0负极连接于电池组E正极;电池管理模块采集的电池组E的状态参数满足预设加热条件时,电池管理模块向电机控制器发出加热指令;电机控制器响应于加热指令,输出驱动信号,以控制预设的目标上桥臂开关闭合,并周期性地控制主开关K0、预设的目标下桥臂开关同步闭合和断开。本发明的优点是同时利用电机母线电容C和定子电感储能,增大经过电池组E的脉冲电流,提高加热效率。
