The invention discloses a battery control circuit and method, a vehicle and a readable storage medium. The battery control circuit comprises a first battery pack, a second battery pack and a control module, the control module is connected with the first battery pack and the second battery pack, and the total capacity of the second battery pack is smaller than that of the first battery pack; a control module which is used for acquiring the working state of the first battery pack; and when it is detected that the working state of the first battery pack does not meet the voltage output requirement, the second battery pack is controlled to output a target voltage signal. According to the battery control circuit of the invention, the reliability of normally outputting the high-voltage power-on signal by the battery pack can be improved, and the normal use of the electric vehicle is ensured.
