The method comprises the following steps: determining a current positioning lane of the vehicle based on the current position of the vehicle, map information and vehicle perception road information; determining a lane-changing-free driving road area based on the current position of the vehicle, the destination position and map information; determining an accessible destination road area based on the lane-change-free driving road area; and determining lane navigation planning information based on the current positioning lane of the vehicle, the lane-changing-free driving road area and the reachable destination road area. According to the embodiment of the invention, the decision pressure of a driver is effectively relieved, and the safety of vehicle driving is improved.
