The invention discloses an electromyographic signal-based human-vehicle driving right automatic switching method, which comprises the following steps of: in the automatic driving process of a vehicle by an automatic driving system, acquiring electromyographic signals of corresponding muscles according to main activated muscles possibly involved when a driver participates in driving, comparing the acquired electromyographic signals with a preset value, and if the acquired electromyographic signals are higher than the preset value, switching the driver to the vehicle; if yes, it is considered that the driver has the intention of taking over the automatic driving system, and the driving right is switched from the automatic driving system to driver driving. According to the invention, seamless and stable switching from an automatic driving system to driver driving can be realized. According to the method, a driver can take over the control right of the vehicle rapidly when needed, man-machine driving conflicts and driving blank time can be avoided, and therefore driving safety is better facilitated.
