    本发明公开了一种新型减振器装置,包括车体连接件、缓冲套、减振装置、悬架弹簧和弹簧托盘,所述减振装置包括连杆、储液筒和保护盖,所述保护盖设置于连杆与储液筒之间,所述缓冲套套设于所述连杆上,所述车体连接件设置于连杆远离储液筒的一端,所述弹簧托盘设置于所述储液筒上,所述缓冲套外设置有弹性保护套,所述悬架弹簧套设于弹性保护套上且设置于弹簧托盘和车体连接件之间。本发明保护盖采用高强度的分体式结构设计,仅通过调换垫片的高度即可实现汽车车身姿态的调整,无需重开保护套模具,节约了模具以及开发成本,而且本发明中采用顶盖和垫片分体式结构的保护盖制造方便、安装简单、便于维修,保护盖整体采用玻璃纤维或轻质合金材料,使得汽车整体更加轻量化。
